Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Team Leader & Assistant Manager. The Team Leader & Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, supervising and guiding team members, ensuring efficient workflow, and meeting performance targets. Additional responsibilities include providing training and development opportunities for staff, handling client communications, and contributing to strategic planning and decision-making within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership skills, including team management and development
  • Operational management experience, particularly in contact centers or shared service centers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience with performance management and meeting operational targets
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Experience in customer service or related industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in using management software and tools
