The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in real estate sales, leadership experience, and the ability to drive a team toward achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Real Estate Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize lead conversion and revenue generation.
  • Guide team members on effective sales techniques, client handling, and negotiation skills.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance, providing training and motivation as needed.
  • Conduct regular meetings, sales reviews, and performance evaluations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and stakeholders.
  • Assist in closing high-value property deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with real estate market trends, competitor strategies, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years in real estate sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Education: Graduate in any field (MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred).
  • Skills: Strong leadership, sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Language: Proficiency in English and Hindi.
  • Other: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
