Role & responsibilities

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive property sales in the Noida region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales cyclefrom lead generation to closing deals—while mentoring a team of sales executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Manage a team of sales executives; provide training, guidance, and motivation.
  • Identify and build relationships with potential clients, investors, and channel partners.
  • Conduct site visits with prospective buyers and ensure high-quality client experiences.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and campaign execution.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for senior management.
  • Handle client queries, objections, and negotiations effectively.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of project offerings, legal documentation, and RERA compliance.
