Job Summary:

The Portfolio Manager - Sales will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in sales, marketing, and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Growth:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including off-plan and resale properties.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and partners.

2. Portfolio Management:

  • Manage a portfolio of properties, including market analysis, pricing, and positioning.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.

  • Identify opportunities for portfolio optimization and implement initiatives to enhance property value.

3. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.

4. Market Analysis:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies and portfolio decisions.

5. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, acquisitions, and property management.

  • Ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

1. Education:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, insurance, hospitality, banking or portfolio management in the real estate industry, with a proven track record of success.

3. Skills:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

  • Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, trends, and regulations.

4. Personal Qualities:
