Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Real Estate Portfolio Manager to join our team in Noida, Haridwar, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, and Gurgaon. As a full-time position, the role requires overseeing real estate investments, maximizing portfolio performance, and identifying growth opportunities. Previous experience in real estate management and proficiency in portfolio management tools is essential for this position.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis with the ability to interpret complex financial data to make informed investment decisions.
  • Proficiency in real estate market research, ensuring accurate identification of market trends and insights for portfolio growth.
  • Experience in utilizing portfolio management software to efficiently manage and track real estate investments.
  • Strong understanding of property valuation techniques, allowing for accurate assessment of property worth and investment potential.
  • Knowledge of risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and safeguard portfolio investments.
  • Proven skills in contract negotiation, ensuring favorable terms and effective management of real estate deals and agreements.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective investment strategies to enhance portfolio returns and achieve organizational goals.
  • Competency in data analysis tools to analyze and interpret real estate data, driving informed decision-making and strategy formulation.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee a diversified real estate portfolio, ensuring optimal performance and effective asset management.
  • Conduct detailed market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and competitive strategies for portfolio enhancement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive investment strategies and plans.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with property owners, developers, and other stakeholders to secure favorable terms and agreements.
  • Perform thorough property valuations and financial modeling to assess investment potential and risk-adjusted returns.
  • Develop risk management frameworks to identify, assess, and minimize potential threats to portfolio assets.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on portfolio performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and economic factors impacting real estate markets to inform decision-making.
