Current Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager of Training who will shape the future of our Indevia team. This individual will work directly under the Vice President of HR and Operations, collaborating closely with various teams and diverse personalities across the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in training development and implementation, as well as a passion for helping others grow and succeed.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement training programs
  • Conceptualize innovative methods to address developmental and capacity-building needs
  • Facilitate training sessions and training needs assessment
  • Consistently assess and provide ongoing performance feedback to team members
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and external training providers to leverage resources and expertise
  • Manage the training budget, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management
  • Stay ahead of trends and best practices in the industry, incorporating them into training initiatives
  • Refine existing systems and processes, setting up new training structures as required

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree plus a diploma/degree in Human Resources or Training and Development
  • 5-8+ years of hands-on experience in training development and implementation
  • Professional certification in training management is a must
  • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Strong process orientation, excellent communication skills, and a work ethic focused on thoroughness, precision, and mindfulness

Salary: ₹25,00,000 - ₹40,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
