About the Role:

    • Conducting regular evaluations and assessments to measure the effectiveness of our training programs">
    • Providing coaching and guidance to new employees to ensure successful onboarding and transition into their roles">

About You:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., education, training and development, human resources)">
  • 5+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting">
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering high-quality training programs that achieve business results">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform training initiatives">
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines">
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies">
  • Knowledge of e-learning platforms and technologies, including authoring tools and learning management systems">
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion">
  • Physical and mental stamina to perform the duties of the role, which may involve working irregular hours and traveling as needed">
