Customer Retention Manager

Job Description:
A full-time on-site role for a Customer Retention Manager located in Pune at P9 Farms Private Limited. The ideal candidate should be an expert in tools like MoEngage, WebEngage, Clevertap and capable of auditing gaps and strategizing owned channel marketing for e-commerce/D2C brands.
This is a key position responsible for driving the end-to-end customer lifecycle journey through various engagement and retention strategies across customers.
Main Responsibilities:
* Drive the customer lifecycle journey through various engagement and retention strategies
* Execute and manage key reactivation mediums like Push/SMS/Email/WhatsApp and In-app and Web channels
* Strategize and implement owned channel marketing tailored for e-commerce/D2C brands
* Set up various marketing flows and campaigns using advanced features in marketing automation tools
* Utilize segmentation and targeting strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness
* Design and conduct experiments to determine optimal channels, communication methods, and timings for scaling brand outreach
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
* Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM-based marketing, specifically for e-commerce/D2C brands
* Expertise in marketing automation tools such as MoEngage, WebEngage, Clevertap
* Proven track record of developing and implementing successful CRM strategies
