Job Title: Customer Relationship Management Director

Estimated Salary: ₹8,00,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Management and Counseling:
  • Engage with leads generated through various platforms, providing exceptional counseling to prospective parents and students about our online and offline courses.
  • Explain course benefits, resolve queries, and encourage leads to book demo classes.
  • Demo Class Coordination:
  • Schedule demo classes based on the availability of trainers and students.
  • Follow up with parents and students post-demo to gather feedback.
  • Use feedback to address concerns and guide them toward enrolling in courses.
  • Enrollment and Retention:
  • Convert demo participants into enrolled students through effective communication and persuasion.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with parents to ensure high satisfaction and course continuity.
  • Class Scheduling and Coordination:
  • Work with trainers and students to finalize schedules for ongoing classes.
  • Ensure smooth communication between trainers, students, and parents regarding class updates.
  • Feedback and Improvement:
  • Collect feedback from parents and students at regular intervals to monitor satisfaction.
  • Address any concerns promptly and implement improvements to enhance the experience.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build long-term relationships with parents and students to ensure loyalty.
  • Maintain a detailed record of interactions, feedback, and concerns.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience in the edtech industry or similar roles is highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to counsel and convince parents and students effectively.
  • Proficiency in scheduling and coordination.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and data management is a plus.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
