Murex Technical Support Role

Job Overview:

  • This role is responsible for ensuring the Murex platform is available, and resolving incidents to maintain production stability.

We are looking for a skilled professional with experience in system monitoring, incident resolution, log analysis, and coordination. If you have strong analytical skills, good communication abilities, and hands-on experience with Python/Java, Cloud (AWS & Azure), and PostgreSQL, we want to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of direct experience with Murex, strong troubleshooting skills, and good coordination abilities. They will also be able to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and provide permanent fixes.

In this role, you will work closely with infrastructure, DBA, and network teams to maintain a resilient environment for trading and risk management systems.

You will be responsible for supporting system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning activities. Additionally, you will perform log analysis, troubleshoot and resolve production incidents within SLA timelines, and coordinate with infrastructure, DBA, and network teams for environment-related issues.
