Our organization is seeking an accomplished Business Development Associate to assume responsibility for establishing and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in strategic tele-calling initiatives to generate new business opportunities and foster connections with existing clients.
- Clearly communicate the company's products and services to prospective customers, addressing their specific needs and requirements.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of customer interactions, tracking leads, conversions, and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Convert prospects into valuable customers through effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure long-term client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare regular reports on calls, leads, and conversions, providing insights for process improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Finance, or relevant experience in business development or sales.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, fluency in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
- Strong listening, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated individual with the ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting software.
- Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
