Job Title: Business Development Associate
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, researching, and engaging potential business leads in the USA market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to research, identify, and connect with potential clients in the logistics and supply chain industry.
- Maintain an accurate database of qualified leads with comprehensive contact and company information.
- Engage with prospects through personalized connection requests and introductory messages.
- Manage conversations with prospects and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align prospecting strategies with company goals.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities within the U.S. logistics and freight forwarding space.
- Prepare and share weekly and monthly reports on prospecting activities, lead generation metrics, and conversion rates.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field is preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in lead generation, prospecting, or sales support is required.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
- Ability to work independently during U.S. night hours is necessary.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational, and research skills are required.
