Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team as a Business Development Associate. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and revenue for the company by engaging with prospective students and converting them into enrolled customers.

You will be responsible for:

  • Qualifying leads and assessing their interest and fit for our courses
  • Establishing meaningful relationships with prospective students and providing valuable information on course details, benefits, and career opportunities
  • Collaborating closely with our Sales Team to ensure seamless transition of qualified leads and smooth conversion into enrolled students

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 0.5–3 years of experience in customer service or pre-sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
