Job Title: Strategic Partnership Lead

The role of a Strategic Partnership Lead is to serve as the key strategic partner driving the offline agenda in the organization.

This highly influential position requires close collaboration with the offline head to execute the organization’s vision, goals, and priorities. The offline office plays a vital role in ensuring that the organization functions cohesively to achieve its objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Work closely with the Offline Head to develop and execute the company’s long-term strategic plans by providing valuable insights and advice.
  • Communication and Representation: Act as a spokesperson for the Offline Head and represent the executive office in internal and external meetings and events effectively.
  • Decision Support: Provide critical business advice and strategic guidance to the Offline Head on key decision-making matters.
  • Project Management: Oversee and manage special projects and initiatives related to the offline vertical.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth and success.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor the offline vertical's key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Change Management: Collaborate with the Offline Head to drive organizational change and transformation initiatives that promote agility and innovation.
