Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at Astro Infra & Tech (G) Solutions Private Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential candidates to promote our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates to promote our services
• Follow scripts provided by the company to ensure consistency and accuracy during calls
• Explain the features and benefits of services to prospective Candidates/customers
• Answer questions about services and address any concerns or objections
• Obtain and record customer information including details of inquiries, complaints, or comments
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions
• Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with candidates
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in using technology to enhance sales efforts
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position is ₹2,50,000 - ₹4,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on national averages and may vary depending on location and other factors.
