Job Title: School Franchise Sales

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for driving business expansion and franchise development of schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential business partners for the expansion of pre-schools.

  • Conduct city profiling to identify suitable locations for new Kidzee Pre-School openings.

  • Implement and monitor lead generation initiatives through various marketing activities.

  • Present business proposals to potential business partners.

  • Evaluate prospect profiles for suitability as business partners.

  • Design, implement, and facilitate marketing strategies for acquisitions.

  • Ensure revenue, profitability targets, product development, and launching of products in the region.

  • Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for business partners and coordinate with them for smooth operations.

  • Build brand recognition for the school in target markets and conduct regular center inspections.

  • Maintain high-quality academic processes and delivery according to company standards.

  • Monitor market intelligence within the industry regarding market trends.

  • Address tier corrections and their procedures, including completion, lost enquiry, market survey, and catchment analysis.

  • Comply with all legal norms and procedures.

  • Submit bi-weekly reports to track acquisitions.

  • Prepare regional collection reports and center performance metrics.

Qualifications & Requisite:

  • A postgraduate degree in Management (Operations/Sales) or a graduate degree (BBA/BMS) with 5-7 years of experience in franchisee/sales/institutional sales.

  • Understanding of geographic regions and willingness to travel.
