Expansion Catalyst

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Growth Specialist to drive affiliate and partner program expansion. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing, launching, and managing high-performing affiliate marketing programs.

• Program Development: Design, build, and optimize affiliate marketing programs to enhance user acquisition and brand visibility.
• Partner Acquisition: Identify and onboard new affiliates, publishers, and partners across fintech, crypto, and Web3 ecosystems.
• Campaign Optimization: Analyze and improve campaign performance by leveraging data-driven insights and attribution models.
• Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with affiliates through regular communication, support, and engagement.

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing, preferably in fintech, payments, or Web3.
• Success: Proven track record of building and managing successful affiliate programs and partner pipelines.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Strong understanding of performance analytics, attribution models, and funnel optimization.
• Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills for managing affiliate relationships.

• Prior experience with crypto/Web3 influencer collaborations or KOL campaigns.
• Familiarity with referral marketing, ambassador programs, or community-led growth.
