This strategic role, based in a global hub, carries worldwide responsibility for shaping, delivering, and scaling next-generation network automation and intelligence solutions for Communication Service Providers (CSPs) and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). The ideal candidate will define strategy, drive execution, and lead transformation initiatives that enable customers to harness AI, automation, and orchestration to build the intelligent networks of the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set Vision & Strategy: Define and implement the company's global Autonomous Networks strategy, ensuring alignment with business growth and industry trends.
• Drive Transformation: Lead large-scale delivery programs with CSPs and OEMs, delivering measurable business impact through advanced automation and AI/ML solutions.
• Innovate & Differentiate: Champion next-generation solutions in orchestration, self-healing networks, OSS/BSS transformation, 5G/edge, and cloud-native architectures.
• Engage at Highest Levels: Represent the company globally in industry bodies, executive forums, and customer boardroom discussions, shaping industry perspectives on autonomous networks.
• Build World-Class Teams: Attract, mentor, and empower high-performing technical and delivery teams across geographies. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
• Collaborate Globally: Partner with senior executives, technology leaders, and ecosystem partners to design and implement transformative solutions at scale.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in network automation, AI/ML-driven operations, OSS/BSS transformation, 5G/edge, and cloud-native solutions.
• Track record of success leading global transformation programs for CSPs and OEMs, from vision to large-scale execution.
• Executive presence and influence with demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders, build trusted relationships, and navigate complex global organizations.
• Business and commercial acumen with strong ability to balance technology leadership with business growth outcomes.
• Educational background: Advanced degree in engineering, computer science, or related field preferred; executive leadership certifications a plus.
