About the Role

The Franchise Development Manager will be instrumental in identifying and acquiring high-potential franchises. This involves conducting thorough market analyses, generating leads, and ensuring seamless onboarding of new partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate regional business opportunities for franchise expansion and assess their feasibility.
  • Nurture relationships with competitor franchisees to stay informed about market offerings.
  • Develop lead generation strategies and drive successful franchisee onboarding processes.
  • Foster timely business transitions, account activations, and revenue growth from acquired franchisees.
  • Maintain optimal franchise retention levels aligned with organizational targets and performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for network expansion and promote digital adoption within the existing franchise base.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in franchise development or channel sales, with expertise in stock broking.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, along with proven ability to build and manage relationships.
  • Knowledge of relevant compliance and regulatory frameworks applicable to the stock broking industry.
