
Global Market Expansion Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned International Business Development Executive to spearhead our global expansion strategy. This key role will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving sales growth across various international markets.
The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of global markets, business consulting, and international expansion practices. They will have excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to travel internationally and adapt to different business cultures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a global expansion strategy to promote our UAE/Dubai business setup and residency solutions.
- Build, manage, and nurture relationships with key international partners including accounting firms, consulting firms, immigration advisors, tax consultants, travel agencies, and corporate offices.
- Identify, engage, and onboard new channel partners in different regions to expand our global footprint.
- Drive sales growth by generating qualified leads and converting them into clients through strategic alliances and partnerships.
- Represent us at international trade fairs, business conferences, and networking events to promote services and build connections.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, target markets, and potential industries for expansion.
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements and sales contracts with international stakeholders.
- Provide country-specific insights on regulations, market entry barriers, and partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
- Regularly report on business development progress, market insights, and sales performance to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in international business development, sales, or expansion management, preferably in business setup, consulting, immigration, or corporate services.
- Strong international network and proven ability to develop strategic partnerships.
- Excellent knowledge of global markets, business consulting, and international expansion practices.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel internationally and adapt to different business cultures.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
