Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the organization-wide talent development strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term capability building.\
  • Design and oversee structured training programs addressing technical upskilling, behavioral development, and soft skills for engineers, project managers, first-time managers, and other critical roles.\
  • Drive structured onboarding and training programs for campus hires to enable seamless integration, faster productivity, and strong foundational skill-building.\
  • Design and implement leadership development journeys for emerging, mid-level, and senior leaders to build a strong leadership pipeline.\
  • Spearhead the adoption and management of learning management systems (LMS), digital platforms, and innovative learning methodologies to enable blended and scalable learning.\
  • Establish robust frameworks to measure training effectiveness, monitor learning KPIs, and evaluate ROI through feedback, assessments, and performance impact.\
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and professional growth across the organization.\
  • Partner with business leaders, HR, and subject matter experts to identify learning needs, co-create solutions, and ensure high-impact delivery.\
  • Demonstrate expertise in instructional design, coaching, and L&D methodologies to drive business outcomes.\
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a comprehensive talent development plan that aligns with organizational goals.\
  • Develop and deliver engaging training content that caters to diverse learning styles and preferences.\
  • Analyze data to inform talent development decisions and optimize program effectiveness.\
