Talent Management Professional
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing and governing strategic talent management initiatives to cultivate a high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce planning needs.
Succession Planning & Development:
- Design and execute a structured succession planning process to identify and develop high-potential talent for critical roles.
Workforce Analysis & Insights:
- Analyze HR data to identify talent gaps in the current workforce and integrate them into performance and development cycles.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform leadership decisions on talent trends, risks and opportunities.
Leadership Development & Assessment:
- Design and manage leadership interventions across levels (Junior, Mid, Senior) to strengthen the leadership pipeline.
- Measure the effectiveness of leadership programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Performance Management:
- Drive organization-wide implementation of the performance management cycle.
- Ensure timely goal setting, mid-year and annual performance reviews in alignment with business priorities.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps and areas for intervention.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience in talent management or related field.
- MBA/PGPM qualification in HR or related field preferred.
- Proven track record in designing and executing talent management initiatives.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience with talent management software and systems.
- Strong knowledge of HR analytics and metrics.
