Talent Management Professional

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing and governing strategic talent management initiatives to cultivate a high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce planning needs.

Succession Planning & Development:

  • Design and execute a structured succession planning process to identify and develop high-potential talent for critical roles.

Workforce Analysis & Insights:

  • Analyze HR data to identify talent gaps in the current workforce and integrate them into performance and development cycles.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform leadership decisions on talent trends, risks and opportunities.

Leadership Development & Assessment:

  • Design and manage leadership interventions across levels (Junior, Mid, Senior) to strengthen the leadership pipeline.
  • Measure the effectiveness of leadership programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Performance Management:

  • Drive organization-wide implementation of the performance management cycle.
  • Ensure timely goal setting, mid-year and annual performance reviews in alignment with business priorities.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps and areas for intervention.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7-8 years of experience in talent management or related field.
  • MBA/PGPM qualification in HR or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record in designing and executing talent management initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
