Job Title: Senior Talent Strategist

This role is critical in driving the success of our organization by leading the HR department in providing strategic guidance on employment law, policy, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  2. Talent Management: Lead the execution of the HR Strategy and core areas of the HR department, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention.
  3. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Execute a plan for diversity, equity, and inclusion that aligns with company values and business strategy.
  4. Performance Improvement: Coach, mentor, and support senior and high-potential colleagues to identify individual strengths and development needs.
  5. Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with current regulations, professional standards, policies, and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

  • MBA or PGD-HR degree.
  • 10+ years of experience in HR, with a strong background in talent management and leadership.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR practices and regulations, with expertise in employment law.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with HR systems and budgets, with a proven track record of managing resources effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
