Job Title: Senior Medical Content Strategist

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Medical Content Strategist to join our team. As a senior member, you will be responsible for developing and implementing medical content strategies that meet our clients' goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Development: Guide cross-functional teams on scope of work, research, write, and edit medical communication materials.
  • Create Content Outline: Develop storyline and create/adapt content to align business/marketing objective, campaign plan, and communication objectives.
  • Review and Proof-read: Ensure quality and accuracy of all content.
  • Digital Content: Create digital materials – emails, iDetails, E-learning modules, social media posts, slides, PPTs etc.
  • Audience Adaptation: Write/adapt/customize content to diverse target audiences while maintaining scientific integrity and regulatory compliance.
  • Scientific Accuracy: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and relevant therapeutic areas to ensure accuracy and integrity of all content.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including medical experts, graphic designers, project managers, clients & client servicing teams to produce cohesive and effective communication materials.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to industry guidelines, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards to ensure all content meets highest standards of quality and compliance.
  • People & Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. Lead the content writing team, review their work, train, mentor, and guide new team members on content writing as well as ways of working.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of team members by assigning jobs based on volumes, skillset, complexity, and expertise.
  • Prepare and submit reports about team members including quality, timeliness, utilization, and others.
  • Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to continually improve and refine content.
