Lead Creative Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Creative Strategist to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies across various industries. This role requires strong creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns, from conceptualization to execution.
  • Collaborate with our New Business team to develop creative pitches and presentations.
  • Present strategic plans to clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain award-winning standards in creative work, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Work closely with our Creative Lead to receive feedback, guidance, and references for campaigns and tasks.
  • Build and maintain relationships with our Integrated Solutions Team (account planning + client servicing) for daily coordination.
  • Provide visual direction to our graphic design team on conceptual ideas.
  • Break down complex briefs for junior creatives, ensuring efficient processes.
  • Manage revisions based on internal or external feedback, setting realistic timelines.
  • Represent the production process from concept to final product delivery, whether for events, shoots, posts, or other creative expressions.

  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.
