Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to spearhead our social media marketing efforts.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing plans, drive engagement, and measure campaign effectiveness.

  1. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies across social media platforms.
  2. Manage influencer campaigns and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
  3. Measure campaign effectiveness and provide data-driven insights for future optimization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Indian social media ecosystem, experience working with influencers and content creators, and proficiency in project management and marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement social media marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, production, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution and optimal results.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for future improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a leadership or strategist role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience managing influencer campaigns and collaborations.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, such as Asana or Trello.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of social media advertising, including Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
