Key Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to lead our social marketing mandate and develop strategies for shorts social marketing activations.

The ideal candidate will have ownership of the social marketing mandate, overseeing the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for owned and operated social media platforms, as well as allied partners.

Responsibilities include briefing and working with agency partners, developing go-to-market strategies, working closely with external partners, informing internal teams of key trends and/or brand crisis situations on social media, and implementing paid media to drive reach.

The Senior Social Media Manager will also be responsible for community management, identifying engagement opportunities and driving conversations between the brand and users.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who can develop strategies and plans around recruitment and optimization of influencers, understanding the influencer and content creator ecosystem in India.

The ideal candidate will have great communication and presentation skills to represent the work well in forums with key stakeholders, as well as being a great team player.

An experimental and dynamic mindset is essential for this role, including analyzing successes, failures, learnings and way forward on initiatives and experiments, and optimizing influencer plans based on feedback, learnings and results.

A passion for AI and new technologies is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical.
