At the heart of our organization, we seek a talented individual to own the visual language and creative output across multiple brands and campaigns. This role demands someone who is passionate, proactive, and can turn even the most complex briefs into compelling and innovative work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative strategies for print, digital, outdoor, films, and other formats
  • Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and client servicing teams to drive idea generation and alignment with brand objectives
  • Guide junior designers and visualisers to deliver high-quality work and maintain design consistency across projects
  • Translate marketing goals into clear, consistent, and innovative creative executions
  • Review creative work to ensure it meets exceptional standards and client expectations
  • Presentation skills are crucial to present ideas and visuals to internal teams and clients with confidence and clarity
  • Maintain a strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, color theory, and advertising principles
  • Manage timelines, delegate work, and ensure timely delivery of all creative assets

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3-8 years of experience in a mainline advertising agency (not digital-only or event-focused)
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity across formats (ATL, BTL, integrated campaigns)
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, color theory, and branding
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to think strategically and contribute to ideation, not just design
  • Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • A good sense of humor and a can-do attitude (non-negotiable)
