Operational Excellence Manager

Location: North India (Extensive Travel Required)

Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in operational management is desired.

About the Role:

Our organization seeks a seasoned Operational Excellence Manager to oversee and execute on-ground project deployments across the North India belt. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly adaptable professional with excellent communication skills to join our team as we revolutionize the fight against manual scavenging by empowering communities with cutting-edge robotics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and implement field operations for new and ongoing projects.
  • Establish operational infrastructure, manage on-site resources, and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Act as the primary operational point of contact for clients and internal teams during project execution.
  • Supervise field staff, coordinate with vendors, and ensure smooth logistics for equipment and personnel.
  • Monitor operational processes to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency in line with company standards.
  • Prepare and submit regular progress reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong background in operations, field execution, or project management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language.
  • Highly adaptable to changing field conditions and problem-solving on the go.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
  • Graduate degree (Engineering or Management background preferred but not mandatory).
