Job Overview:

The Zonal Manager is a key role responsible for overseeing the performance, efficiency, and reach of educational centers within a designated zone.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans to improve operational performance, sales targets, and customer satisfaction across all centers.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define zonal sales targets, operational KPIs, and financial goals.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of all educational centers to ensure seamless execution and productivity.
  • Evaluate adherence to quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Drive consistency by implementing and monitoring standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all centers.
  • Design and execute zonal marketing campaigns, promotions, and outreach activities to boost enrollments.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including parents, schools, and local communities.
  • Lead, train, and manage center heads and their teams across all centers.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and provide coaching to enhance individual and team effectiveness.
  • Establish a culture of collaboration, motivation, and continuous professional development.
  • Analyze financial reports to ensure profitability and implement cost-saving initiatives where required.
  • Track center-wise performance metrics and optimize resource allocation.
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction across centers.
  • Address customer queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Analyze customer feedback to improve overall service quality and student outcomes.
  • Submit regular reports on operational performance, sales achievements, and financial results.
  • Act as a communication bridge between corporate/regional offices and center teams.
  • Represent the organization at relevant events, conferences, and meetings within the zone.
