Job Description

The Regional Finance Executive will be responsible for ensuring the efficient processing of customer codes and price claims, with a focus on meeting time limits and maintaining complete documentation.

This role involves:

  • Customer Code Creation: The Regional Finance Executive will ensure that customer codes are created within the set time limit and with complete documentation.
  • Price Claim Settlement: The role requires ensuring that price claims are settled within the prescribed time limits.
  • Order Release: The Regional Finance Executive will be responsible for ensuring order release as per the set credit policy.
  • GST TDS and Income Tax TDS Entries: The Regional Finance Executive will park GST TDS and Income Tax TDS entries on a quarterly basis.

Account Receivable Hygiene

The Regional Finance Executive will also be responsible for maintaining account receivable hygiene, including:

  • Balance Confirmation: The Regional Finance Executive will ensure 80% of total direct customer balance confirmation.
  • Dealer NOC: The Regional Finance Executive will ensure 100% dealer NOC every quarter.
  • Credit Note Confirmation: The Regional Finance Executive will ensure credit note confirmation from distributor every quarter.
  • Collection Accounting: The Regional Finance Executive will ensure all collections are accounted against invoices and no open credits are lying at month end which are more than 10 days.

Contract Compliance

The Regional Finance Executive will ensure contract compliance by:

  • Agreement Updates: The Regional Finance Executive will update all agreements copies with SSC repository within 1 month of invoicing.
  • Commercial Stakeholder Communication: The Regional Finance Executive will communicate 90 days earlier to all commercial stakeholder if any agreement is expiring or any price revision clause.
  • Regional Level Support: The Regional Finance Executive will provide support in any regional level information related to customers to the sales team.

Others

The Regional Finance Executive will provide support to the respective region in day-to-day administration, including:

  • Vendor Payment Timely: The Regional Finance Executive will ensure timely payment of vendors for the respective regions.
  • Tender Filing Support: The Regional Finance Executive will support the sales team in cases of tender filing in terms of documentation and EMD/DD etc.

Credit Management

The Regional Finance Executive will manage dealer balances and ensure timely collections, including:

  • Dealer Balance Monitoring: The Regional Finance Executive will ensure dealer balances are as per the set credit policy.
  • Collections Follow-up: The Regional Finance Executive will follow-up with sales and customers to ensure collections are within due dates.
  • Channel Financing Draw-down: The Regional Finance Executive will ensure timely draw-down of Channel financing for all dealers.
