Job Opportunity: Regional IT Demand Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our regional demand operations team.

This role serves as the first point of contact for local vendors, service providers, and central IT teams. You will be responsible for managing procurement processes, overseeing vendor performance, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

  • Act as a liaison between local business stakeholders and central IT teams.
  • Ensure standardization of local IT services under corporate control.
  • Oversee procurement processes, including creation and processing of purchase requests and orders.
  • Coordinate with finance teams to validate, approve, and process invoices on time.
  • Ensure compliance with local/regional regulations, including contract and legal requirements.
  • Align regional IT setups with global standards and processes.
  • Provide troubleshooting and coordination support for non-standard applications and issues.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex IT/service challenges.
  • Maintain documentation, reporting, and compliance records for regional services.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in IT service management, vendor management, or demand operations.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes (PR/PO lifecycle, invoice management, vendor payments).
  • Hands-on experience managing IT services (telecom, networking, printing, vendor contracts).
  • Good understanding of ITIL-based service management (incident, request, escalation handling).
  • Experience working with finance teams on budgets and invoice processes.
  • Familiarity with local compliance requirements for IT contracts and services.
  • Strong stakeholder management, troubleshooting, and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to ERP systems (SAP MM/FICO or equivalent) for procurement and finance workflows.
  • ITIL certification.
  • Experience in multinational or regional IT operations.
