Job Description

As a skilled professional in the field of rewards, you will play a vital role in supporting our team in the operational conversion of strategic objectives. You will be responsible for implementing competitive and cost-effective compensation and benefit programs that align with corporate guidelines to attract and retain talent.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of labor market trends and the ability to analyze data to ensure the competitiveness of reward structures. They will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide recommendations to support business decisions.

  • Implement competitive and cost-effective compensation and benefit programs

Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in P&O or a related field
  • A basic understanding of compensation elements in an organizational context
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment

Additional information:

  • Higher education, such as a University degree in HR / Economics or relevant business education is preferred
  • Certification in C&B is desirable

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of MS Office and be able to analyze market and internal data to ensure the competitiveness of reward structures.
