**Compensation and Benefits Specialist Role Description

The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the APJC Regional C B team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing compensation and benefits programs that attract, engage, and retain top talent for our organization.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to shaping the future of our company's total rewards strategy.

**Job Responsibilities:

* Serves as an internal consultant to HR teams to resolve compensation issues and provide recommendations.* Designs and implements compensation and benefit programs for all employees.* Implements global rewards policies and programs in India tech centers while meeting local statutory requirements and business needs.* Conducts market intelligence to understand competitive market practices, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements.* Plans and develops annual salary budgeting and provides guidance on total compensation planning for managers.* Supports communication of total rewards programs to enhance perceived value.* Partners with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure consistency with global guidelines.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

* 5-7 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits or related functions in HR in a multinational environment.* Collaborative team player with strong analytical skills and data management experience.* Experience working in MNC HR consulting firms in the space of Total Rewards.* Strong project management skills and strategic thinking.* Business savvy with knowledge of labor laws, pharmaceutical industry, and healthcare environment.
