Job Description

Conduct market research and analysis to determine competitive compensation packages. Provide detailed information to our HR Operations team to answer employee compensation questions.

  • Be the point of contact for assigned countries and provide timely professional advice and guidance to HR and leadership.
  • Develop relationships with external vendors/consultants and manage delivery of solutions and programs.
  • Partner with the Global Total Rewards team to identify surveys and ensure the best available survey library.
  • Initiate and complete specialized analysis on market practices, strategies, and metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Global Total Rewards team on researching trends and understanding their impact on salary ranges, hiring rates, and individual rates.

Program Development and Implementation

  • Assist in designing, developing, and implementing total rewards programs, including compensation structures and benefits plans.

Data Management and Reporting

  • Maintain and analyze data related to compensation and benefits, generating reports to inform decision-making.

Compliance and Legal

  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits globally.

Communication and Training

  • Communicate total rewards programs and policies to employees, HR business partners, and management.
  • Provide training and education on TR topics to line managers, HRBPs, and HR Solutions.

Project Management

  • May serve as project manager on specified initiatives related to total rewards.

Vendor Management

  • Manage relationships with vendors providing compensation and benefits services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Experience

  • 7+ years global compensation and benefits analysis, design, and administration experience required.
  • Fluent English, proficiency in other languages considered a plus.

Analytical Skills

  • Strong analytical skills with data interpretation and insight development.

Communication Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable working with diverse cultures.

Software Proficiency

  • Expertise in Excel and analytical tools.

Knowledge of Compensation and Benefits

  • Thorough understanding of compensation and benefits principles and practices.

Problem-Solving Skills

  • Ability to resolve issues related to compensation and benefits.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
