Compensation and Benefits Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our total rewards programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing competitive strategies, including sales incentive schemes and retention programs, while ensuring compliance and alignment with organizational goals.

About the Role:

  • This is a key position that requires strong expertise in compensation frameworks, benefits design, and statutory compliance.
  • The successful candidate will have experience in managing complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement competitive total rewards strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Develop and maintain compensation frameworks and benefits programs that meet regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and implementation of strategic rewards initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in compensation, benefits, sales incentives, and retention programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
