Job Description

As a seasoned Microsoft Office consultant and support expert, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch services to clients across various industries.

  1. Consulting and Support: Provide expert-level consultation on Microsoft Office applications and Office 2019 settings, ensuring seamless integration with existing environments.
  2. Documentation and Communication: Develop comprehensive documentation on security settings, update configurations, and general maintenance procedures, as well as create engaging manuals for administrators and end-users.
  3. Ticket Management: Process assigned technical service tickets efficiently and effectively, utilizing your expertise to resolve complex issues.
  4. Interface Coordination: Collaborate with other interfaces (e.g., Outlook/Teams or Add-ins) to ensure smooth task completion and optimal results.
  5. Customized Solutions: Develop tailored solutions using the R&S Templates Manager add-on, catering to unique customer requirements.
  6. Customer Consultation: Offer guidance and advice to customers on implementing new features and understanding their specific needs in an international context.
  7. Knowledge Sharing: Engage in knowledge sharing activities with junior colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  8. MS Office Rollouts: Participate in MS Office rollouts for new versions and features, collaborating with internal teams to organize successful deployment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Applications**: In-depth knowledge of operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Office Apps and Office 2019.
  • Security and Configuration Knowledge**: Comprehensive understanding of security, update, and general settings for Office 2019 and Microsoft Office Apps.
  • Template Creation**: Strong skills in creating templates for Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Industry Certifications**: Microsoft Certification is preferred.
  • Professional Experience**: Minimum 4–5 years of experience with MS Office, with at least 2 years in MS Office consulting.
