Job Title

The job of a Technical Consulting Manager is to design and deliver complex Salesforce solutions for clients in the Consumer Goods and Retail industries.

This position requires a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within these sectors, combined with expert-level knowledge of the Salesforce platform.

You will lead a team of consultants to deliver innovative and scalable solutions that drive business value for our clients. This role demands a strong blend of technical expertise, consulting skills, and leadership capabilities.

  • A minimum of 9-15 years of overall CRM experience, with at least 6 years specifically on the Salesforce platform.
  • Demonstrated domain expertise in Consumer Goods & Retail, including sales execution, customer relationship management, supply chain management, e-commerce, and omni-channel strategies.
  • Expert-level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and relevant industry-specific solutions.
  • Integration expertise, including extensive experience integrating Salesforce with other systems, such as ERP, CRM, CPQ, marketing automation, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Solution design and architecture skills, including designing and documenting technical solutions aligned with client business objectives.
  • Leadership skills, including leading technical design sessions, architecting robust and scalable solutions, and providing technical guidance to project teams.
  • Collaboration skills, including working with client stakeholders to understand their business needs and define requirements.
