Chief Invoicing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Billing Professional to join our team.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for customers in required formats.
- Coordinate activities with various departments and stakeholders as needed.
- Monitor account aging, address past due issues, and work with collections teams.
- Manage assigned accounts and ensure seamless billing operations.
- Reconcile self-billed accounts, monitor aging, and identify trends or recurring issues in customer billing.
- Communicate effectively with corporate departments, branches, and customers to improve processes, cash flow, and customer requirements.
- Submit reconciliations of A/R aging and special projects status to the Billing Recon Manager.
- Participate in monthly and year-end accrual process, provide support for auditor inquiries as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in billing, collections, or related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
