Invoicing Assistant

We are seeking an Invoicing Assistant to join our team. As an Invoicing Assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining the financial accuracy of our operations by ensuring timely and precise invoicing.

About the Role:

As an Invoicing Assistant, your responsibilities will include preparing and issuing invoices to customers, meeting invoice delivery timelines, and entering invoices into customer invoicing websites. You will also be responsible for submitting invoices electronically, understanding customer-specific requirements, checking each field on the invoices before submission, and ensuring all support and backups are in place and attached to invoices.

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for candidates with fresh graduates to a maximum of 1.5 years of relevant experience in invoicing. Candidates should have a commerce or finance background (B. Com/M. Com/BBA/MBA) and excellent written and oral communication skills. They should also have hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel (formulas, V-lookup, Pivot Table) and good analytical and logical skills.
