Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and issuing invoices to customers.

  • Meet invoice delivery deadlines.
  • Enter invoices into customer invoicing portals.
  • Submit invoices electronically.

You will need to comprehend the key aspects of invoicing specific to each customer and verify each field on the invoices before submission.

It is essential to ensure that all supporting documents and backups are in place and attached to the invoices.

Additionally, you will need to maintain invoice submission logs and customer invoicing process files as a reference.

You will work closely with the payroll and invoicing team to expedite the invoice submission process.

Responsibilities also include sending out statements of accounts to customers, reconciling self-billed cases with customer-approved timesheets, and maintaining account receivable hygiene.

Other tasks include handling invoice rejections and credit and rebills, maintaining standard operating procedures for the complete invoicing process, and continuous support for improving invoicing systems.
