Key Responsibilities:
  1. Fully utilize your analytical skills to ensure invoices are submitted, approved, and paid out on time.
  2. Collaborate effectively within a team to resolve invoice issues and facilitate the resolution of escalations.
  3. Liaise between vendors, VROs, and backend payment teams to ensure seamless invoice processing.

  • Assist with submitting manual invoices when necessary.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks at a time. A Bachelor's degree is required, although financial industry experience is not necessary. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential for success in this role.
