Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Consultant Role

  • As a seasoned KPI consultant, you will be responsible for providing valuable insights to clients by engaging with them to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • You will utilize your analytical skills to perform thorough data analyses, including quantitative and observational studies. From these analyses, you will develop and present actionable recommendations to our clients.
  • To excel in this role, you must have hands-on experience with supply chain planning software or an equivalent solution. A strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning, Demand/Supply Planning, and Inventory Optimization is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will possess:
    • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
    • At least 4 years of relevant experience, with significant hands-on work in supply chain planning software.
    • Demonstrated expertise in process creation, test planning, and leadership.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI (DAX, Power Query, dashboard creation) and Advanced Excel.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • You will be expected to possess:
    • Deep functional knowledge of Master Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
    • Advanced scripting experience using programming languages for data manipulation and custom workflows.
    • Experience in integrating software solutions with enterprise systems using APIs, ETL tools, or middleware.
    • Ability to create, customize, and manage analytical reports and dashboards within the software.
