Strategic Supply Chain Professional

The Demand Planning Manager plays a pivotal role in aligning business outcomes with market requirements. We are seeking an experienced professional to contribute to this critical process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for consumer goods, food & beverage, and manufacturing industries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Marketing, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Utilize statistical modeling and data analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Work effectively with ERP systems, such as SAP ECC, S4 Hana, and JDE, to optimize processes.
  • Develop and implement Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) processes to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in demand planning and forecasting.
  • Hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro (highly desirable).
  • Strong expertise in statistical modeling and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems: SAP ECC, S4 Hana, JDE.
  • Strong knowledge of S&OP and S&OE processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).

This position requires a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working with various ERP systems and a deep understanding of sales and operations planning processes.
