Space Planner

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Space Planner.

• Create concept designs that meet project requirements and client needs by utilizing creativity and problem-solving skills.
• Develop mood boards to visualize design concepts, taking into account color schemes, textures, and spatial relationships.
• Prepare detailed shop drawings, including lighting layouts and furniture layouts, using CAD software to ensure accuracy and precision.
• Design comprehensive working drawings and plans, staying updated on industry trends and innovations.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.

Requirements:

• Strong creative talent and eye for aesthetics, with proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or a related field, with a passion for building a career in the interior design industry.
