Lead Architect

About the Role:

The Lead Architect/DM-Architect is a high-level position responsible for comprehensive planning, design, and execution of architectural and master planning projects. This role involves project leadership, feasibility analysis, stakeholder coordination, meetings management, consultant review, standards compliance, reporting, proposals, cross-disciplinary collaboration, regulatory adherence, site oversight, design solutions, and final inspections.

Job Description:

  • Project leadership and overall responsibility for the successful delivery of architectural and master planning projects.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to determine the viability of proposed projects.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are managed.
  • Manage meetings and communicate effectively with team members, consultants, and clients.
  • Review and approve consultant work to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Ensure all projects meet relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Provide oversight of construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement design solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Conduct final inspections to ensure projects meet quality and safety standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor of Architecture (B Arch) degree.
  • Excellent command of English language.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint presentation creation and delivery.
  • Advanced knowledge of SketchUp.
  • Prior experience working on-site.
