About the Role:

The Facility Services Coordinator will collaborate with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are completed efficiently. As part of the Facilities Management team, this role focuses on all aspects of facility operations, providing support to Property Managers regarding repairs and investment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with landlords, tenants, and service providers to implement procedures, policies, and reporting formats.
  • Analyze client inquiries and collect work orders in a timely manner.
  • Monitor performance and progress status through regular reports.
  • Manage paperwork submitted by vendors, including work orders, proposals, and department files.
  • Oversee activities outside the building, such as waste disposal and recycling.
  • Follow established protocols and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Address common inquiries or complaints from clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
  • Solve straightforward problems using existing procedures and best practices.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
  • Ability to follow standard work routines and apply work principles.
  • Effective communication skills for exchanging information.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
  • Basic math skills for calculating simple figures.
