We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage installations, including Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, as well as Civil maintenance within facilities.
About the Role
- Manage day-to-day operations of facilities, ensuring smooth functioning of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
- Coordinate with teams for repairs and maintenance of Civil structures within facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee installation and maintenance of equipment and systems.
- Identify and mitigate potential hazards within facilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for facility upgrades and renovations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing installation and maintenance projects.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
