Job Title: Junior Revenue Manager – Remote

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Revenue Manager to support our growing portfolio of hotels. This role is ideal for someone with basic hotel experience who wants to build a career in hotel revenue management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with room rates, availability, and promotions strategies
  • Support senior Revenue Managers with daily analysis and reports generation
  • Monitor online travel agencies (OTAs) channels and update content/rates accordingly
  • Coordinate with sales and reservations teams to drive business growth
  • Track leads, RFPs, and group business opportunities effectively
Requirements:
  • Basic hotel experience in reservations/front office/sales support or related fields
  • Strong interest in hotel revenue management and analytics
  • Good computer skills including Excel, Property Management Systems (PMS), and OTA extranets
