
Strategic Client Engagement Leader

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Client Engagement Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client engagement cadences, including Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs).
The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
You will work closely with account managers, sales teams, operations, and other internal stakeholders to gather information, align on messaging, and ensure a cohesive client experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Client Cadence Management: Own the planning and coordination of client engagement cadences.
- Content Creation & Management: Support sales, account, and operational leads in the creation, editing, and refinement of high-impact client-facing content.
- Quality Assurance & Consistency: Ensure all client-distributed materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent voice.
- Presentation Expertise: Leverage advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides to design and develop compelling presentations.
- Sales Proposal Support: Collaborate with sales leads on both proactive and reactive sales proposals.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or similar role in a BPO or client-facing environment.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and impactful content.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides.
- Experience in supporting sales cycles and contributing to proposal development.
